4 teaspoons lemon zest
1/4 cup cold-pressed virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons shoyu (Japanese soy sauce)
4 tablespoons purified water
5 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
5 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
2 heaped tablespoons finely chopped fresh garlic chives
(GF, DF, NF, V)
This dressing is delicious with pasta salads.
Place all ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake to mix all together.
Then refrigerate for several hours so flavours can integrate.
